This project aims to boost the employability and improve the life skills of ex-offenders by teaching them to drive in return for voluntary work. Based in Hammersmith and Fulham, the beneficiaries must complete a total of 80 hours voluntary work. This work enables the candidates to prove their potential for reliability, punctuality and perseverance. This coincides with support in job search and employment training, with CV preparation and basic IT and interview skills training.
