TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING, AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE TRAFFICKED FOR THE PURPOSE OF LABOUR EXPLOITATION, IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: A) MONITORING ABUSES OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING; B) OBTAINING LEGAL OR OTHER REDRESS FOR ABUSES OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING; C) RESEARCH INTO ISSUES AFFECTING THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING, AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE TRAFFICKED FOR THE PURPOSE OF LABOUR EXPLOITATION; D) PROVIDING TECHNICAL GUIDANCE, BOTH TO GOVERNMENTS AND ORGANISATIONS WORKING WITH VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING, ON ISSUES CONCERNING THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING; E) CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF LAWS WHICH PROTECT THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF VICTIMS OF TRAFFICKING; 3 F) COMMENTING ON THE EFFECT OF PROPOSED LEGISLATION ON THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING; G) RAISING AWARENESS OF, AND PROMOTING PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR, HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES AFFECTING VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING; H) PROMOTING RESPECT FOR THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING AMONGST BOTH INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS; I) INTERNATIONAL ADVOCACY OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING; IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS, BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER TO ENGAGE IN POLITICAL ACTIVITY PROVIDED THAT THE TRUSTEES ARE SATISFIED ANY PROPOSED POLITICAL ACTIVITIES WILL FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY TO AN EXTENT JUSTIFIED BY THE RESOURCES COMMITTED AND THE POLITICAL ACTIVITY IS NOT THE DOMINANT MEANS BY WHICH THE CHARITY CARRIES OUT THESE OBJECTS.
