1) Building a skilled workforce: 84 staff will be qualified to identify mental health issues in young people and support them or refer them for support. 2) Increasing the provision of early intervention mental health services: 10,010 young people will learn more about their health and wellbeing, 840 young people will feel supported and able to approach staff with their problems, across a range of need. 3) Building partnerships with specialist mental health services: 280 young people will be supported to access external support/specialist services to address specific mental health needs. 4) Using data gathered to evidence the positive impact of early intervention and sustainability of the project: end of project evaluation and documented model of best practice.
