TO PROVIDE OUTREACH, RESPITE AND HOSPICE CARE FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN THE LONDON BOROUGHS OF TOWER HAMLETS, NEWHAM, HACKNEY, BARKING, DAGENHAM, WALTHAM FOREST, REDBRIDGE, ISLINGTON, CAMDEN, BARNET, HARINGEY AND ENFIELD OR EXTENDED AS THE BOARD OF TRUSTEE DIRECTORS DECIDE.
