THESE OBJECTIVES CAN RELATE TO ANY SERVICE, ISSUE, CONCERN, RIGHTS OR SITUATION AND CAN TAKE ANY FORM ENCOMPASSING DIFFERENT MODELS OF ADVOCACY.
