We alleviate poverty through the provision of food parcels, each containing 3 days-worth of non-perishable foods in partnership with local care agencies who refer clients in crisis to us. The current crisis has increased demands by 485% and between 30 and 45 parcels are being given out each week while donations in kind have reduced by 40% and our fundraising activities have been cancelled. Financial support will allow us to provide a full foodbank service for the duration of the emergency measures and avoid having to close the foodbank.
