    Action For Elders was formed with the purpose of co-creating a world where we place older people at the heart of the community, giving them the support they deserve to ensure that they get as much value out of later life as possible.Our aim is to tackle the major health and social challenges of ageing in particular mobility and loneliness and empower older people to think differently about ageing
