How effective is it?
Spear Programme

Description: Participants receive an intensive 6 week course designed to improve their skills and emotional stability. Spear can then help to arrange job applications and offer extended support during the first year of employment.

Objectives: Helping young people from deprived backgrounds to achieve long term employment or education

Intervention period: 6 week course
