This project works alongside our existing work to enable us to identify need and provide an individual plan to facilitate a successful transition in to housing. As part of our strategic development, and in line with the Housing First recommendation, Hope will work with private landlords to provide alternative accommodation solutions. This grant will enable us to employ a part time member of staff to build and develop relationships and build the project. It will also enable us to support those with English as a second language who have significant challenges in housing.
