THE BABY EQUIPMENT LOAN SERVICE AND TOY LIBRARY 

The Baby Equipment Loan Service and Toy Library(BELS & TL)is based in Wallsend,but covers all of North Tyneside and surrounding areas.BELS & TL hires essential baby equipment to families on benefits or low income.The Project runs a Toy Library where children can loan two toys or games each month for an annual fee of £7.00.Project Support Workers facilitate various groups in different venues.
