CONNECTS & CO. SUPPORT FOR YOUNG CARERS AND SIBLINGS 

Connects & co support young carers groups between the ages of 5 and 25 we offer these groups activities such as socialising, playing a variety of games, disco's and BBQ's. In addition we provide outside activities for our young carers such as sports, camping, eating out and entertainment activities. We also offer training and learning opportunities for the young people we support.
