Objectives

THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE:- TO PROMOTE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF WOMEN IN LUTON AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICTS (THE "BENEFICIARIES") AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:- (1) RELIEVING POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS (2) PRESERVING AND PROTECTING HEALTH (3) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND TRAINING INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING (A) THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION, ADVOCACY, COUNSELLING AND ADVICE; AND (B) THE PROVISION OF A CRECHE (4) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A MEETING PLACE AND RESOURCE CENTRE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE SAID BENEFICIARIES.
