    HERTS YOUNG HOMELESS GROUP 

    Our mission is to break the cycle of youth homelessness in Hertfordshire through education, advice and support for young people and their families. We work with young people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or whose families are at risk of relationship breakdown. We also work with care experienced young people and those aged 18-25 with mental health and substance misuse challenges.
