This will help vulnerable people with mental health conditions who are at risk of relapse during this period. We have had a grant from the Foundation which enabled us to support people during the initial period of 'lockdown', now we need to continue and expand this support for the period ahead.

Through the cCBT programme they will gain coping skills which they can apply both now as well as for years to come. The grant will fund staffing, running and volunteer costs.
