The young people who will be supported are often isolated, disengaged from education, families and services and at risk of engaging in criminal activity. Many will have special needs, be from families characterised by deprivation, neglect and abuse or living with other family members due to family breakdown. Two new calm rooms will provide private space and reflection when needed.
