Having done some initial testing we plan to roll out a digital programme of training and workshops, publicly-accessible online presentations of LGBTQ+ heritage research, virtual sessions for members to evaluateand develop their public engagement, and pilot community-lead online intervention activities to identify new connections to queer heritage in five member museums through 'tag-athons' and facilitate creative online access to these objects and narratives during the 'create-athons'. To achieve this, we will identify the collections and their needs; work with staff, volunteers and community partners to explore and identify the desired digitaloutputs for their collections and audiences; and bring together this digital content, a crowdsourced toolkit and other resources in one online hub.

The proposed work for which funding is requested is for enabling works to allow the steps, landing and balustrade to be surveyed and assessed, so the extent, (and cost), of the repairs can be identified. This would include an inspection to be undertaken in line with HEAG099 - Understanding Historic Buildings - Level 2, to provide electronic survey drawings, a photographic schedule and a condition survey, providing the information required which will enable the scope and nature of the repair work which is necessary to be fully understood and developed. The funding would also allow for materials analysis to be undertaken, including mortar and stone sampling, testing for deleterious materials, drains surveys and testing, and ecological surveys to be completed, all informing the repair work which is necessary.
