This project will provide multi-sports recreation, training and qualifications for 90 young adults aged 16-26 who are homeless and/or at risk of homelessness in Blackburn. The project will provide opportunities to access and participate in sports that are sensitive to the needs of homeless YAs, providing judgement free spaces, will empower YAs with confidence, improve their health and wellbeing, provide coaching qualifications and provide opportunities for other opportunities such as training and qualifications. 36 weekly 2 hour sessions over a 3x12 week delivery period (30 YAs per session).
