The service will allow the group's therapists to share information and ideas for exercises and therapy techniques parents and carers can try with their children at home offer an opportunity to share feelings and support children and their carers emotionally and offer hope that this period is temporary and that there are professionals who care for their well-being at this most difficult and isolating time.

The aim of the work is to improve sufferers' health, mobility, independence and self-esteem while providing respite for parents and carers. Heel and Toe is the only North East charity offering free CE to young people._x000B_
