The project works with men who admit to behaving abusively within a relationship and wish to change how they think and reduce their propensity for committing domestic abuse. The beneficiary’s motivation and suitability for the programme is firstly assessed. This will focus on their motivation to change, acknowledgment of past violence/abuse, suitability to attend a group and taking responsibility.
