The project will support 60 people with mental health problems to take part in regular physical activity. Two mental health support staff will undertake Leadership in Running Fitness training, before delivering activity to six groups at local parks across Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge. Each group will receive eight, 90-minute weekly sessions. Funding will support refreshments, promotion, transport, sessional staff costs, training, t-shirts, first aid kits and hi-vis jackets.
