This funding will support Clevedon YMCA to continue and expand their youth work and mentoring service for young people aged 11-18 from the Clevedon area and address an increase in poor mental health worsened by the pandemic.

To run a holiday programme for young people aged 11-18 in Clevedon.

To fund extra-curricular activities, alongside the group's general youth work, for young people who would otherwise not be able to afford them.

Towards a youth worker to support children aged 10 to 12 years as they transition from primary to secondary school.

Redistribution of food from a local supermarket(s) to local families and cooking activities for young people.

We are seeking a grant to help support the increased costs of our work with vulnerable people, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and people with learning disabilities.

The project will be to offer mental health creative support groups for young people, emerging need picked up during lockdown by comprehensive survey from the group.

Confidence in making their own choices now and in the future. Through a greater self awareness and understanding the dynamics of relationships and the role of gender in mixed gender groups. 3. Greater knowledge of the options open in future education and careers Through meeting a range of women from different walks of life and being introduced to potential role models and mentors through discussion and presentations and through direct contact in workshops.
