(I) TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PEOPLE AND VULNERABLE ADULTS RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY AND SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE IN NEED BY PROVIDING SERVICES AND FACILITIES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS.(II) TO RELIEVE PEOPLE WHO ARE ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE AND RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY AND SURROUNDING AREA, BY THE PROVISION OF CARERS AND THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND TRAINING OF SUCH CARERS.(III)TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF ELDERLY PERSONS IN NEED AND VULNERABLE ADULTS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY AND SURROUNDING AREA THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT, CARE, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.(IV) TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.(V) TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY AND SURROUNDING AREA, BY PREVENTING THE ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.
