THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST BARNABAS', CLARKSFIELD, OLDHAM.

We aim to bring a Christian presence to Clarksfield: (1) Through Christian worship; (2) We build community and social cohesion that engage with local folk;(3) Via our Parish Halls, we provide a venue for other organisations, all of which seek to serve the people of Clarksfield;(4) In and through our Hall, we provide and publicise a series of events for all sections of the local community.

ST BARNABAS' CHURCH SERVES THE ANGLICAN PARISH OF CLARKSFIELD, WHICH IS A DISTRICT OF OLDHAM IN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF GREATER MANCHESTER. AS AN ANGLICAN CHURCH, WE SEEK TO: (1) BE A CHRISTIAN PRESENCE THAT SPEAKS OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST. (2) HOLD SERVICES OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP. (3) SERVE THE PEOPLE OF CLARKSFIELD THROUGH THE OCCASIONAL OFFICE OF BAPTISM, MARRIAGE AND FUNERAL, COUNSELLING, SUPPORT AND PRESENCE. (4) THROUGH OUR PARISH HALL, TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY WITH AN AVAILABLE SOCIAL SPACE THAT CATERS FOR THE SOCIAL AND PERSONAL NEEDS OF PARISHIONERS.
