TO ALLOW THEM TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES IN A SAFE, CONFIDENTIAL, NON JUDGMENTAL AND PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT. ALLOWING THEM TO FEEL HEARD, ENABLED AND EMPOWERED.
