This expansion of an existing project will deliver support services for farmers, their families and the wider agricultural community in Teesdale to combat stress, isolation and rural poverty. It provides a 24 hour a day, seven days a week drop-in and telephone service, befriending and signposting to agencies to help people in crisis. The project will improve access to well-being information by working with health professionals to host awareness events and educate local young people about health.
