Home-Start South Hams, Plymouth and Tavistock (HSSHPT) will be developing and expanding their work to support families with children under 12. It will also expand into currently unsupported rural areas of Devon and the city of Plymouth. It will offer one-to-one mentoring support in the home and community. It will also offer group sessions aimed at providing a non-threatening, supportive environment for families in which to develop confidence, build skills, networks and take advantage of peer-support.

This new project supports families with a child under five in Plymouth through the provision of one-to-one support. The project will take place in Plympton, Plymstock and north west Plymouth.
