Objectives

1. TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF SOUTHALL AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY2. TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY AND GOOD RACE RELATIONS BY CO-ORDINATING, ORGANISING AND PROVIDING FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES SPECIFICALLY TARGETED AT ETHNIC AND OTHER MINORITY GROUPS IN THE COMMUNITY IN SOUTHALL AND SURROUNDING AREAS WHICH ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPACITY AND SKILLS, SO THAT THEY MAY BE EQUIPPED TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
