This one-year project is for isolated residents from Southall Broadway and Dormers Wells wards of Southall, west London. It aims to help to improve their mental wellbeing through shared activity sessions in Southall Town Hall, Jasmine Centre and Holy Trinity Church. Activities include weekly art workshops, creative monthly coffee mornings, filming of community festivals, poetry recitals, photography, and acting workshops, and it will provide opportunities for people to share their stories and experiences.

A programme of training, awareness raising and healthy living activities which will be delivered including, one to one childhood obesity sessions, a youth signpost service to youth counselling, advocacy services, weekly health drop in sessions and a signposting service for older people. Other activities include health promotion workshops for women and older people.
