Objectives

4. The Objects are specifically restricted to such purposes which are exclusively charitable under the laws of England and Wales as the directors shall in their absolute discretion determine, including (but not limited to):(1) the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, in particular but not exclusively children and young people up to the age of 25 with a learning disability, and their families and carers; (2) providing or assisting in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, ill-health or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life;(3) to advance the education of children by providing learning facilities, in particular but not exclusively through the provision of a nursery and a before and after school and holiday club; and(4) to advance the education of the wider public in relation to learning disabilities.
