Improved bonding and attachment for mother and child through the baby massage and yoga sessions, helped through peer support and accessing other mums in a similar situation. 3. Increased support with breastfeeding, leading to better health outcomes for mum and child 4.Increased opportunity to network and peer support leading to less isolation and loneliness during pregnancy and after birth and improved mental health and wellbeing 5.Increased knowledge and skills on eating well, weaning and feeding your baby leading to increased confidence in feeding themselves and their baby Please note that although the project is aimed at women that some of their babies will be male and some female.
