This project will deliver two weekly one-hour long family, community-oriented free sports and fitness sessions over 30 weeks for the young people and adults (16 years old and older) from marginalised groups, particularly those who are low income or Black, Asian or another Minority Ethnicity. One of them will be a training session led by coaches organised in ability levels and the other session will be a free game. The project is going to include four sports activities namely general fitness, basketball, volleyball, and badminton. One of these activities will be reserved as a women-only session.
