Description: ReconnectEd delivers an emotion coaching programme to strengthen wellbeing and resilience of targeted young people at risk of exclusion, supporting their families, schools and communities to ensure a joined-up approach that will facilitate change within the education system.

Their delivery team consists of three Coaches and one Coaching Supervisor. These coaches work 30 hours a week during term time and at certain times during holiday periods. Coaches are allocated to schools and are technically employed by those schools but with the cost met jointly by ReconnectEd and Brigantia Academy Trust.
