TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS AND THOSE SEEKING ASYLUM AND THEIR DEPENDENTS LIVING (TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY) IN NEWPORT, SOUTH WALES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A. THE RELIEF OF THEIR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; B. THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH; C. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST THEM TO ADAPT WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY; D.
