Children Ahead supports children with special educational needs and mental health difficulties to develop their full potential, by providing integrated interventions including: 1. Speech and language therapy 2. Occupational therapy 3. Art therapy 4. Social skills groups 5. Motor skills groups Our Change Of Mind project will provide group therapy sessions to children who are suffering from mental health issues as a result of Covid-19. A grant from The Assura Community Fund will go directly to fund the sessions of our new mental health project for children. These sessions will give the children the resilience to rebound and grow from their experience instead of falling into depression or other mental health difficulties.
