Objectives

• To identify, raise awareness of, and address the issue of access to legal services for peoplewho have limited means to pay;• To prevent and relieve poverty, sickness, distress and disadvantage by providing, but notrestricted to, a range of free legal advice, case work and representation services for thecommunity of Norfolk (the “area of benefit”) (and other areas as the Trustees in theirabsolute discretion determine from time to time);• To enhance people’s awareness of, and to empower them to understand, their rights bypromoting public legal education, having regards to those areas of law and regulation which are directed to the relief of poverty, sickness, distress or disadvantage; and• To promote such other charitable purposes as are for the benefit of the community in thearea of benefit.
