The Charity's object and its principal activity continues to be that of alleviating the conditions of life among people who are caring or have cared for people with learning disabilities at home, and who are in neccessitious circumstances. The Charity works directly with and for people with learning disabilities and continues to advance public education concerning caring for carers and the public.

Objectives

The objects for which the charity is established are to promote equity and inclusion for the public benefit by working with people who have lived experience of learning disabilities, learning difficulties and autism who are often excluded from society. To relieve the needs of such people and assist them to integrate into society by:(a) Providing individual and group based community outreach support, including short breaks;(b) Organising activities designed to tackle social isolation by bringing people together;(c) Providing light-touch support to help people stay safe in their local community, and look after their physical and mental health;(d) Providing groups and activities to support children and families.
