A Research Facilitator will recruit young carers, who will act as Experts by Experience. They will be supported to identify and communicate what improvements they want to see. The project will also engage internal and external decision makers to act on young people’s ideas. Young carers will gain confidence, skills and experience but the project also aims to make lasting change in the way these young people are engaged and supported locally. The grant will pay for staffing, activities and project overheads.
