    Objectives

    4.1 To provide relief from mental illness and emotional distress by providing opportunities to explore personal experience through the medium of artistic and creative activity In a therapeutic setting. 4.2 To provide relief from the pressures of caring for elderly or otherwise incapacitated relatives by providing opportunities away from the caring environment to explore the personal experience of caring through artistic activities and group support, thereby helping to maintain and improve the quality of care they are able to provide. 4.3 To provide relief from the distress of social isolation, and to improve the quality of life experience, of those who suffer mental illness or emotional distress either as a result of poverty or other social disadvantage. We aim to achieve this through the provision of opportunities to interact with others in an atmosphere of creative activity and mutual support.
