Objectives

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of West Lothian and environs and in particular parents and children by associating with the residents, voluntary organisations and local authorities in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. To secure the establishment of family centre premises for education, training, childcare and community business development, including The Range Adventure Playground to develop activities as described above.
