WESTON HOSPICECARE LIMITED 

To provide the best in palliative care by providing an appropriate and comfortable environment, well trained and sensitive staff to address the needs of patients and those around them. We work closely with colleagues in the primary care and hospital settings. Innovative practice is important to the hospice and we look forward to developing End of Life programmes to embrace a range of diseases.
