SHELTERED WORK OPPORTUNITIES PROJECT 

SWOP uses horticulture to offer realistic supportive meaningful pressure-free work rehabilitation to adults with severe and enduring mental illness. It aims to restore confidence, self-esteem and dignity while providing security and stability by having no time limit to attendance.SWOP endeavours to reduce stigma and discrimination by increasing public awareness of mental illness.
