ELIDYR COMMUNITIES TRUST 

To provide specialist residential and day services to people with a wide range of learning disabilities through the delivery of educational programmes and a community based inclusive lives provision. All of our services are person centred to meet the needs of the individual. Our staff are trained to deliver services aimed at unlocking a person's potential to maximise achievement.
