In a rural community such as Redbourn, individuals are also disadvantaged by lack of adequate public transportation which brings its own risks associated with COVID. RCG is a major community focused organisation that tries to alleviate both these disadvantages and inequalities. This bid is to assist mitigating these issues especially exacerbated by Covid. Referral and demand for NHS services increase by such factors such as age, co-morbidities, socio-economic and social isolation
