ENCOURAGING AND SUPPORTING THE CREATION OF WORK FOR AUDIENCES WITH PMLD BY PROVIDING TRAINING FOR ARTISTS AND VENUES TO ENABLE THEM TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE EVENTS AND PERFORMANCES;E.
