B) SUPPORTING COMMUNITY WELLBEING AND CAPACITY BUILDING IN SWALE, MEDWAY AND KENT THROUGH COMMISSIONING OF COLLABORATIVE ARTS PROJECTS ADDRESSING ISSUES OF PLACE, COMMUNITY, EQUALITY AND INCLUSION.
