    LIVE WELL WITH CANCER 

    We deliver free workshops and events to people affected by cancer, to help them live with and beyond a diagnosis. Our main aim is to empower people affected by cancer to improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing through proven techniques and exercises. Our services are free to anyone over the age of 18 affected by cancer living in North Tyneside and the surrounding areas.
