PROMOTE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH WITHIN THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENGAGEMENT IN SPORT AND SPORTING ACTIVITY DIRECTED TO RELIEVING MENTAL HEALTH, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON FOOTBALL; AND 3.
