To assist people who are suicidal, despairing, in distress or in need of emotional support.To do so the branch provides a 24 hours a day telephone service and an email; and face to face service to enable people to receive immediate help and support whenever required. The branch also runs a Charity Shop and engages in other activities to enable it to meet its objectives.
