RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING DEAF PEOPLE, BOTH GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO THEIR SOCIAL EXCLUSION;2. CAMPAIGNING FOR THE PROMOTION OF BRITISH SIGN LANGUAGE TO BE ON AN EQUAL FOOTING TO SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH; AND3.
