THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG PEOPLE FROM THE SOMALI COMMUNITY AND OTHER BLACK AND MINORITY ETHNIC GROUPS (BME) LIVING IN THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON & CHELSEA, HAMMERSMITH & FULHAM AND WESTMINSTER WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC POSITION, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING: - ADVOCACY, INFORMATION AND ADVICE- EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE- RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND EVENTS INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.2.
