This two-year project brings together isolated Somali and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic women from Westbourne Green and Bayswater in Westminster to take part in regular sessions focusing on ESOL, IT skills, pre-employment and enterprise training. The project aims to build the confidence of participants, improve their English and work skills and reduce isolation. Participants have the opportunity to shape the project through a Project Committee. There is also a 'Think Tank' forum which brings together women for community engagement.
