The project will provide residents with weekly activities –including mindfulness CV writing and woodwork – all in accordance with a bespoke personal progress plan. The aim is to provide support in a safe space instead of signposting to external agencies which can result in disjointed interventions.

This will mean they can refurbish pre-owned bikes, offer bike rides and hold pop-up shops offering affordable and well-maintained bikes to the surrounding community. This will boost employment prospects for homeless people and encourage more people to take up cycling, improving their physical and mental health, and providing more social opportunities.
